Generate Random Text in Microsoft Give-and-take Documents (Like Lorem Ipsum or Latin Text)

If you lot are creating a Microsoft Give-and-take document, template or mockup and yous want to create placeholder text, you can generate random text using the built-in RAND role or LOREM role (which generates Latin or Lorem ipsum text).

Generating random text in the current language

To generate random text using the current language in a Word document with the default of 5 paragraphs and 3 sentences:

1. Position the cursor in the document where you desire to generate random text.
2. Type =RAND().
3. Press Enter.

To generate random text using the current language in a Word document and customize the number of paragraphs and sentences:

1. Position the cursor in the document where you desire to generate random text.
2. Type =RAND(number of paragraphs, number of sentences) such every bit =RAND(3,2).
3. Press Enter.

Word will generate random text from its repository.

Generating random Latin text (Lorem ipsum text)

To generate random Latin text in a Word certificate with the default of v paragraphs and 3 sentences:

1. Position the cursor in the document where you lot want to generate random text.
2. Type =LOREM().
3. Printing Enter.

Give-and-take will generate Latin text starting with Lorem ipsum.

To generate random Latin text in a document and customize the number of paragraphs and sentences:

1. Position the cursor in the Word document where you want to generate random text.
2. Type =LOREM(number of paragraphs, number of sentences) such as =LOREM(three,two).
3. Press Enter.

The following is an example of Lorem ipsum text in a Discussion certificate:
